„Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this dental practice. During my treatment, I felt neither taken seriously nor cared for with empathy. The staff seemed cold and unpleasant, at times even disconcerting. I find it particularly concerning that I was strongly advised to undergo expensive treatments (including a new crown and a filling), even though I subsequently had the existing crown checked by two other dentists – both independently confirmed that it was perfectly fine and required no action. This unfortunately leaves me with the impression that financial interests are prioritized over the well-being of the patients. For me, this was a very negative experience, and I have lost all trust in this practice.“
